Private Wine Tasting for up to 12 at your home, on a mutually agreed upon date of your choice. Wines, Glasses and Light Appetizers will be provided. You can choose the theme based on the grape of your choice. Can be instructional with Handouts & an olfactory training exercise, more casual guided tasting or a combination. Conductor is Dan Petersen, a local wine celebrity.

Dan Petersen has taught the Discovering Wine course in the Cincinnati State Culinary Arts program, and Introduction to Wine at the University of Cincinnati for over a decade. He also teaches the UC Intermediate Wine course in California, and the UC Advanced Wine Course in Europe. He¿s a judge at the Cincinnati International Wine festival.
