Description
The elegance of simplicity... This vegetable tureen, also known as a covered vegetable, was made by Powell and Bishop (England) between 1876 and 1878. A lovely example of the "Golden Scroll" pattern.
This piece is in excellent condition-- no chips or cracks. Bottom bears the Ironstone China Powell and Bishop England hallmark.
Highly collectible! Begs to be used for any special occasion.
Details: 12" long including handles, 7" wide, 3" deep tureen, 5 1/2" tall with lid.
