"This little venture began in 1998 following the birth of my daughter Raina. She needed a hat to keep her tiny head warm. I made her one out of polar fleece from the nearby Malden Mills (now Polartec) and embellished it with vintage trim and flowers. What began as a single winter hat has now become a business devoted to funky and whimsical wear for girls of all ages. The skirts and armwarmers evolved out of my love of thrifting and reuse of stuff that's already here...I just re-make it into new and funky stuff to wear!"
