TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* This certificate provides 7 nights accommodations (double occupancy) up to 2 rooms (approximate retail value of $3,500 on avarage based on season).

* Winner responsible for airfare. Elite Island Resort will assist you with booking your air transportation.

* All reservations are subject to a mandatory $140 per person/per night surcharge (when traveling April 16-December 20) or $240 (when traveling December 21-April 15) which provides for all dining, beverages, resort facilies, activities, and service charges. Government tax is additional.

* Guest choosing to upgrade to a higher room or suite category may do so for as little as $40 per night.

* Certificate expires July 31, 2018.

* Reservations are subject to availability. Some restrictions apply.

* Minimum two adult rates in each room. ADULTS ONLY.
