May be used by client - elderly care or disabled care 18 years of age or older. Up to 6 hours of service each day for 3 days. Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Includes breakfast and lunch each day, activities and entertainment. Also includes round-trip door-to-door transportation each day for 3 days.
