Madrina is a new fine dining restaurant concept from Misery Loves Co., the guys behind Proof + Pantry. The menu will focus on Mexican cuisine prepared with French technique and influence, which Dallas hasn't seen before. They are have a cocktail list of Mexican and French inspired drinks, and the wine menu heavily features French varietals.
