Treatment includes: Initial exam and consultation, Invisalign trays or placement of metal braces and all visits, removal of braces, final x-rays photos and models, upper and lower retainers, 2 years of follow-up retainer checks.

Includes Invisalign, Teen Invisalign, or Traditional Metal Braces.  Does not include clear brackets, phase 1 treatment, palatal expander or surgical case.
