This is a leisurely 30 minute paddle (one way) depending on how much wildlife you see. The house has a very open spacious feeling to it. The great room/ kitchen area is very large. The dining room table can easily seat 12 people. There are also two baby high chairs for your use. The kitchen is very ample and four people can easily prepare food at the same time without feeling cramped. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops including a granite island that seats four people. The great room is equipped with a flat-screen television along with a DVR. Each of the four bedrooms has a television and telephone. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a flat screen televison. On the same side of the house is a bathroom and very large bonus room that sleeps four. It has two queen beds and a baby crib. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house and share one bathroom. One room has a queen. The other bedroom has the two twin beds and a baby crib. Each bedroom is very comfortable in size. This house also has a pool and tennis facilities nearby. The gas grill is located in the pool area.
