Join Kyle Zempel of Black Earth Angling for a full day (6-8 hours) of fly fishing for trout or smallmouth bass amid the rolling hills and valleys of southwest Wisconsin’s Driftless Area. The targeted fish species will be selected by the winning bidder—if trout are desired, the angling will be done via wading on small streams within an hour of Black Earth, WI; if smallmouth bass (and possibly other warmwater species) are desired, the angling will be done from a John boat on the Lower Wisconsin River. A gourmet, streamside lunch will also be provided for the winning bidder.

Kyle Zempel of  Black Earth Angling is a life-long angler who has fished extensively in northern Wisconsin and southwest Colorado. He pursues a variety of fish species in Wisconsin, and believes that fishing is not so much about catching fish but the experience that you have doing so.  He considers each guide trip a fresh opportunity to create that enduring experience, hooking you on the lifelong pursuit of fly fishing perfection.  Kyle is also an avid fly fishing photographer, and while out on the water expect him to not only guide you but capture the entirety of your day with him.
