Join Mark Cupp, executive director of the Lower Wisconsin State Riverway Board and president of Cultural Landscape Legacies, for a unique and intimate guided tour of four effigy mound groups located near Muscoda in the Lower Wisconsin River Valley.  Mark will share his knowledge of the effigy mound building culture and prehistoric peoples of the Riverway as he guides your group to four interesting and beautiful 1000-year old mound sites.  A short and easy hike will be required to each site.  Following the tour, a discussion of the effigy mounds culture and all things Riverway will occur over lunch at a local eatery.
