 This tour with Wollersheim Winery begins in the historic winery building, and continues outside for a grand view of the vineyards, exploring Wollersheim's rich viticulture. Moving along to the fermentation area, the tour group views winemaking tanks and equipment, with a video explaining the details on the winemaking process.

The tour then returns to the winery building to learn about barrel-aging and Wollersheim's 100% Wisconsin brandy. You will enjoy a formal tasting of several Wollersheim wines to close the tour.
