o Aerial Conditioning, Tricks & Poses
Aerial is a great way for your kids to learn progressive and cutting edge recreational, sports, fitness and performing arts training. We introduce Aerial Arts technique as a form of fitness and fun! Each class will begin with traditional ground warm-ups and simulates exercises on aerial apparatus. The class progresses to exercises using tissu/silk, hammock and Lyra, focusing on flexibility, core balance, and strength. Children will learn to do various basic tricks such as: pull-ups, straddles, climbs, pullovers, crochets, spins & straddle inversions and much more. The progress of learning basic tricks will also teach stillness, neutral positions, momentum, weight bearing and balance transfers.
