Award winning New York City Chef, who now lives on the Cape, is offering one of his most popular Cooking Classes on French cuisine for  The Arc’s Silent Auction. Chef Alan Zox will cater an event for 4 hungry adults  or will provide a  culinary workshop on how to make his wonderful recipes.


He will feature a 5 course meal with


Course 1: Stuffed Mushrooms;


Course 2: Pot au Feu which is French Pot Roast with all the French trimmings; Course 3:  Braised Red Cabbage;  


Course 4: Celeriac, Carrots and White Cape Cod Roasted Root Vegetables;  


Course 5: Plum and Apple Crumble.
