Tickets are subject to block-out dates, and may not be used for admission from December 25 through December 31 of any year.  Tickets will expire two years from date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, used or expired.  Tickets have no cash value, cannot be upgraded, and may not be applied towards a package to meet eligibility requirements.

PAYMENT: -- If you would prefer to pay by cash or check for your item, please notify us by email at pseauction@gmail.com. Winning bidders will be notified via email following the auction close at 8pm November 9^th. Change of payment emails must be received by 6pm Tuesday, November 10^th. If notification to the contrary is NOT received by the deadline, payment will be processed to the credit card on file.

PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 11^th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 12^th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 13^th 8-9am or 3-4pm.

SHIPPING: Not all items are eligible for shipping. Please check ITEM NOTES for specific shipping information. Items that ARE eligible will incur a $2 shipping fee. Multiple items shipping to one address may be covered by one fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
