You are bidding on one (1) 90-minute Thai Yoga Massage from Colin Fairweather, Licensed Massage Therapist at Balance Health + Fitness. Excludes Tax & Gratuity.
Imagine your spine lengthening, your hips opening, your shoulders releasing, all without your doing a thing.
There is no oil, the client is dressed in comfortable clothes, it is performed on a soft mat on the floor, and there is not “rubbing” involved. Instead the client is passively stretched and kneaded with the practitioner’s hands, feet, knees, elbows, forearms, and thumbs to gently open the joints, work the connective tissue and lengthen the muscles.
As a result, range of motion is improved, the spine feels more aligned, and there is increased energy flow in the body. The client leaves the treatment restored, relaxed and rejuvenated.
