If notification to the contrary is NOT received by the deadline, payment will be processed to the credit card on file.


PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 11th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 12th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 13th 8-9am or 3-4pm.
