Nutritious You™ founder, Marina Sommers, is a holistic health and wellness
coach, but she wasn’t always a health food junkie. It all started when Marina moved with her family to Siesta Key, Florida. Island-living and the natural beauty of the beach, evoked her desire for a healthier lifestyle.
At the same time, Marina discovered a passion for nutrition when her
daughter developed an acute condition that made it difficult to eat certain
foods. After one and a half unsuccessful years of searching for a solution in
Western medicine, Marina decided to try a more natural approach. The whole family moved to an all-organic, whole food based diet, without gluten, white sugar, white flour, artifi cial fl avors, dyes, preservatives, or any other lab made products.
In just two weeks of the new, clean diet Marina’s daughter was cured! This

PICK UP: Items are to be picked up at Phillippi Shores Elementary Cafeteria during one of the following times: Wednesday, November 11th 8-9am or 3-4pm; Thursday, November 12th 8-9am, 3-4pm or 5-6pm; Friday, November 13th 8-9am or 3-4pm.
