The Comedy Store: 2 Admission Tickets

The Comedy Store, America's first road comedy club, was designed as a paid vacation for comics who then toiled and showcased nightly on Sunset and Westwood. Launched on Memorial Day in San Diego, The Comedy Store was widely successful and sellouts on Tuesday were common. Some shows had Gallagher, Robin Willams, David Letterman and Michael Keaton on the same bill. Nobody knew back then, but the public! The Comedy Store has been located in La Jolla since 1977.
