$2000 Voucher toward Orthodontic Treatment for one adolescent. This donation is for conventional treatment only (braces). Does not include any adjunctive services that may be needed by the patient and provided by a general dentist or other dental specialist ( such as extractions, jaw surgery or grafting.)

If the patient is not ready to begin orthodontic treatment, he/she will be monitored until the appropriate time to begin treatment.
