Procore Fitness is a private and exclusive personal training and small group training fitness center. Small group training means a class of 2-8 people.
Procore Fitness offers FitLane and FitWall heart rate monitored training which will tell you what your heart rate is, what percentage of your maximum heart rate you're at, and how many calories you've burned.
All classes are taught by a PCF Master Trainer meaning they have at a minimum of 3 advanced certifications and a minimum of 10,000 hours training clients. So they know how to get people results and do it safely!
