A Palisades institution, owner Patrick Hildebrand and Amazing Music have been offering music lessons and instrument sales in Pacific Palisades since 1980. Many now-famous musicians got their start in the colorful surfer-dude atmoshphere of Amazing Music.

Located behind the shops at the corner of Swarthmore and Antioch, this cozy store has four studios for instruction and a selection of acoustic and electric guitars and ukuleles of various sizes and styles hanging from the ceiling. A tight group of family and friends work at the store and provide instruction.

All ages are welcome to learn.. The emphasis is always on having fun.
