Description

Body Inspired Fitness (BIF) runs is one of the longest running outdoor fitness programs in Santa Monica. BIF is the only large fitness group permitted by the City of Santa Monica to hold classes in historic Palisades Park.


BIF is more than a workout program - we are a family - and we proudly boast that we have a 98% return rate for every 6-week session we offer.


Our goal is to give you more than intense, effective, unique, and FUN workouts that WILL change your body like nothing you have ever done before. Our mission is to show you that exercise is a chance to work on yourself. Take time for you. Breath, sweat, connect, and listen. We believe workouts should give you an opportunity to discover how strong you already are. All morning classes are taught by Angela Parker, founder and owner of Body Inspired Fitness, and/or Jared Rodriguez. Angela is a certified fitness trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association. Jared, who also teaches our co-ed evening program, is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Our evening ladies-only evening program are taught by our trouble spot, mat Pilates expert Holly Clapham.


During your 7-week session you will increase your cardio endurance, get stronger, tone your hips and thighs, sculpt your arms, flatten your belly, and lift your tush. Holly's amazing & unique workouts will invite you into our program. Being outdoors, seeing results, and exercising with exceptional women will keep you coming back for more!   • Morning Co-Ed Workouts with Angela & Jared

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6-7am, 7:30-8:30am, or 9-10am Evening Co-Ed Workouts with Jared

  • Monday or Wednesday at 6:30-7:45pm Evening Ladies Only Workouts with Holly

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 5:30-6:30pm or 6:30-7:30pm
