Homemade Pasta Class and Appetizers For 4 to 20 people Chef Luca will share with you and your guests just what he used to do almost every Saturday afternoon with his dad and grandmother. A few eggs, a pinch of salt, some flour....and some good mixing, pressing and a bit of magic. You will be choosing between spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, and gnocchi.
