Seabreeze Vista sits above the seaside town of Dominical.  Enjoying ocean breezes from a hilltop perch, the home overlooks the Pacific Ocean and is just three hours southwest of the capital San Jose in the Puntarenas province of Costa Rica.  The main house sits on 10 acres with ocean views, a pool, stables and hiking trails that wind through a 200 acre private rain forest preserve.  Monkeys, sloths, toucans, parrots and other wildlife visit regularly. The main house sleeps 8, with three bedrooms, two baths and a large open living area and kitchen.  Steps above the main house is a private suite with a queen bed, pull out full bed, kitchenette, large bathroom and sweeping views of the ocean and valley. Horseback riding from the stables will take you to the waterfalls and fresh water pool for swimming in the valley below. Minutes from the front gate is the Ballena Underwater National Park and some of the best beaches in Costa Rica for exploring, fishing, swimming and surfing.  Activities in the immediate area range from zip lines and canopy tours to white water rafting, sea kayaking and sport fishing.  Your stay includes a choice of one of the following activities for two adults and two children: Rain Forest Zip Line Tour, Horseback ride to Nauyaca Waterfalls with breakfast and lunch, or Surfing Lessons.  Seabreeze Vista is available for 7 days mutually agreed upon any time.
