Now in its 118th season the Oregon Symphony is the oldest professional orchestra west of the Mississippi.  The Oregon Symphony produces more than 80 concerts a year and programs a wide range of music to suit many tastes and preferences. Its concerts take place mostly at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland but they also perform regularly in Salem.
