Get fit, have fun and explore Corvallis During a month of classes with JessBFit!

Movement classes include outdoor sessions that take advantage of the green spaces and playgrounds throughout Corvallis. You'll learn basic movement skills like balancing, crawling, climbing and jumping. Then, you'll apply these movements in increasingly complex situations. Classes are adaptable to every level of fitness, from beginner to expert.

Yoga classes take place indoors at the SHOP on 9th Street. Jess' yoga style includes a series of postures that flow together in a sequence. There's something for everyone as we get the whole body moving through all planes of motion. All postures are modifiable for every body. You'll feel much better walking out of this class than walking into it.
