How to pick up winning items:  If you are attending our “Meet Me at the Ventura Riviera” event on March 19, 2016, please plan to pick up your winning item(s) at the end of the evening; otherwise, if you received your winning bidder email and live in the Ventura County area, please contact ncljuniorsauction@gmail.com to arrange for pick up.

Shipping:  We will ship your item if you live outside of the Ventura County area and within the United States.  Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will automatically be added to the winning bid amount. There will be no additional charge to send Gift Certificates and/or Event Tickets via standard USPS mail. All other items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at the applicable standard rates below.  We will do our best to package items so they arrive in good condition.  However, we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.  We will not ship actual baskets or containers, but only the contents inside.  We strongly suggest that you arrange for pick up of any artwork(s).  We are unable to ship wine/alcohol.  Please contactncljuniorsauction@gmail.com with questions. 

USPS Priority Mail rates are as follows:  Padded Flat Rate Envelope= $6.10, Small Flat Rate Box= $5.95, Medium Flat Rate Box = $12.65, Large Flat Rate Box= $17.90.  Non-standard item(s) will be shipped by FedEx at an additional charge of $35.   Artwork will be charged a supplemental fee for packaging and shipping.
