Tonopah Brewing Company's brewhouse is a custom-made system from Bavaria, Germany. They have four 310-gallon fermentation tanks, four 310-gallon lagering tanks, and two 310-gallon storage tanks. The steam heated system is rum by pnumatic controls. Because our system allows decoction and step infusion, they can create beers in a traditional fashion that remain true to the original processes.

All food is traditional Southern BBQ, the beers are all made right on property. Tour of the brewery is also available, provided brewery staff are available at the time of the visit.
