The winner of this package will receive an HO scale model of the Amtrak Veterans Locomotive by Kingman Railroad Museum.

The Amtrak Veterans Locomotive serves as Amtrak's tribute to the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and is a visible symbol of Amtrak's hiring initiative to have 25% of new hires be veterans. The HO scale model is a Limited Collector's Edition and is number 684 of the 800 produced. This stunning model perfectly replicates the Veterans Locomotive's patriotic red, white and blue paint scheme and the specially designed insignia honoring the different service branches and campaigns of the American military. The model comes in an eloquent individually numbered box, is fully assembled, and ready to run. Features include bi-directional headlights and a DCC plug.

The Kingman Railroad Museum is located on Route 66 in the historic district of Kingman, Arizona. It is housed in the restored Santa Fe Railroad depot. In addition to its railroad artifacts, the Museum has three exceptional model railroads in operation. The Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from10 am to 4 pm. The Museum was created by and is operated for the City by the volunteers of the Whistle Stop Railroad Club. The Kingman Railroad Museum is totally self-supporting through its $2 admission fee and donations.
