The winner will receive a "Move Better, Feel Better" adult fitness package that includes group 70-minute classes 2 days a week for a 28 day period at Las Vegas Sports Performance. 

This 2 day/week exercise program includes an initial core movement screen and a functional movement test. Based on the results of your screen and test an individualized program is built to target your weaknesses and help you move better and feel better.
