Renowned baker Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro has opened his first restaurant inside Grand Canal Shoppes at Venetian|Palazzo partnering with veteran restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla to bring a taste of Valastro’s family gatherings and beloved heirloom recipes to The Las Vegas Strip. Offering new twists on Italian-American classics and family favorites, the Buddy V’s menu will also stay true to Buddy’s baking roots with timeless treats. Sunday brunch now features live music by The Fabulous Baker Boys, with repeat performances Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. in the bar and lounge.
