This service is a "Remote Receptionist" or "Virtual Receptionist" like service. Clients forward their main office line to us and we answer and process their calls just like their in-house receptionist would, but for only a fraction of that cost. Global Messaging takes messages and forwards those messages via TEXT or via E-Mail to you. We can also connect the callers to our clients cell phones or to any other number that is provided to us based on specific calling criteria (i.e. New Client or Urgent Call).
