Kiskadee Chocolates

Kiskadee Chocolate was founded in 2013 in Austin, Texas. In our tiny factory, we make single-origin, organic chocolate in small batches over a period of weeks. 

A great deal of love and care goes into our chocolate making process as we roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and age each batch using techniques perfected through years of experimentation and testing. The result is delicious chocolate that highlights the wonderfully unique flavor and character of the cacao beans we use.

To make our chocolate from the bean, we use cacao that is purchased from around the world from farmers and farmers coops that are paid a fair wage.  Kiskadee Chocolates produces bars, drinking chocolate, and brewing cacao enjoyed by even the most discerning fine chocolate enthusiasts.
