We are family owned, BVM stands for Brent, Valerie and our daughter, Megan!
We’ve been together for 19 years, met in a gym and fitness is our lifestyle.
We opened BVM CrossFit to offer you the best strength and conditioning program for you to reach your fitness potential and goals. CrossFit will challenge you both mentally and physically and you will enjoy the benefits in your daily life and/or training event. We look forward to providing you with a welcoming environment where you will be encouraged to work at your level and progress with proper skill and technique.
