The “Cruiser” sail is the largest, most power sail in WindPaddle's line-up, designed for canoes and larger kayaks.  This sail has been tested in many expeditions, winning a place with Canoe & Kayak magazine's “Expedition of the Year – 2014”.  This big 52” diameter sail pulls hard with about 1.5m sail area, yet packs down into a small 19” diameter coil.  Easy and light to carry, yet powerful to pull you across large bodies of water.  Sit back and steer and let your WindPaddle sail provide the power to move you.

The “Cruiser" connects to the front of the canoe or kayak.  Steering is done by trailing a paddle blade in the water as a rudder.  Raft several boats up together for stability if needed and let the sail pull you all along.  The WindPaddle “Cruiser” sail is a downwind or off-the-wind sail, giving you a full 160 degrees of downwind sailing angle.  Lifetime warranty.
