Christina Briggs-Winslow offers you an introductory Pilates lessons one-on-one.  She is very patient and intuitive and will work with all levels of fitness, from hopelessly out-of-shape to highly physically fit.  Christina is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher and has been an instructor since 1988.
