One bottle of 2012 Carneros Pinot Noir produced by Saintsbury, Napa Valley.  There Pinot Noir displays aromas of spicy red and black fruit seasoned by ageing in Burgundy-made barrels.  It has a plump middle, fine grained tannin and enough acidity to pair with food and help it age.
