Enjoy a one hour studio tour for two, including a casual tea ceremony and pottery making, at the Hudson Valley studio of renowned artist Jeff Shapiro in Accord, NY. Jeff, a master story-teller and teacher as well as a master potter, developed his skills in ceramic arts and tea ceremonies while living in Japan from 1973-1981. His work has been exhibited internationally in: Germany, France, Italy, Australia, Canada, and Japan and can found in numerous Museum collections including: The Sevre Museum, Paris, France, The Carlo Zauli Museum, Faenza, Italy, The Massachusetts Museum of Fine Art, Boston MA, The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, NY, and The Fuller Craft Museum, Brockton, MA.
