United Way Parking Guidelines for 2016

Each parking space will be assigned to the winning bidder for one year (January 1 – December 31, 2016).

FS&RE will work with winning bidders on space locations but have the final word on placement*.  Sign will be placed at parking spot with a number on it (for easy tracking purposes).

Winners should have someone park in their space when they are on vacation or traveling, etc., so parking space is utilized.  FS&RE is not responsible if someone other than the winning bidder parks in a United Way parking space.  The winning bidder should call Security and see if they can determine the owner of the vehicle so it can be removed.

NOTE:  Bidders from any building may bid on spaces assigned to other buildings but cannot expect to “move a space from one building to another building”.  (For example: if personnel in CRP720 bids on a space on CRP730, they cannot expect that space be placed in front of CRP720.)

*For buildings with multiple parking spaces, the highest winning bid receives first placement choice.
