The Moist Apple Cake is made with plenty of fresh locally grown apples, pecans, cinnamon and cardamom for a special taste of autumn!  Great served warm for breakfast or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.  Can be made in either Bundt or 13 x 9 pan (winner’s choice).
