Event starts at 7:30 AM with crushing of grain and heat on to HLT

Coffee and donuts will be provided

~10AM mash recirculation

~10:30 wort to brew tank / heat on

~11:30 experiencing different commercial craft beers. Styles ranging from light amber lager to Stout ale.

~12:30 lunch / start of boil and first hop addition
