Baked layered dish "Pastelon de Amarillos" made with fried ripe plantains (“amarillos” in Spanish), ground beef, and cheese. Item Details: One oven or microwave ready disposable container with a homemade plantain and beef casserole fully cooked and refrigerated, only needs reheating (recipe uses cheese, eggs, and other Latin seasonings).
