BRIO! (meaning “lively” or “full of life”) is a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant serving authentic northern Italian food. The subtitle “Tuscan Grille” is a descriptive in that the menu will feature wood-grilled and oven-roasted steaks, chops, fresh fish and made-to-order pastas, similar to what one would find in an authentic ristorante in Tuscany. At BRIO our motto is fashioned after the Tuscan philosophy -

BRIO brings the pleasure of the Tuscan country villa to the American city. BRIO’s villa-like interior features such details as antique, hardwood Cypress flooring, arched colonnades, hand-crafted Italian mosaics, antique doors, hand-crafted walls covered in antique Venetian plaster, Arabescato marble imported from Italy and sizable wrought iron chandeliers.
