Becky Ives is a facilitator of personal and organizational development. She brings a deep understanding and commitment to helping individuals both in the personal and organizational domains work through the areas where they are most stuck. She is talented in helping individuals work through challenging life situations and in helping top performers and executives manage conflict and complex team and project dynamics. In partnership with BeingLab and Newfield Network Mexico, she facilitates customized and experiential training programs bringing her love of play, dance and the great outdoors into each of the programs. She is passionate about experiential learning, non-traditional forms of learning and getting people out of their typical working and living patterns, often working in nature and with different forms of physical movement to shake up, wake up and to expand the learning experiences. She lived and worked in Asia for 8 years and brings more than 20 years of corporate and international experience to her practice having worked in and with complex global organizations, top tier consulting firms, non-profits, social enterprises and entrepreneurs. Her roles and experiences include business development, marketing and sales leadership. Her work spans many industries and organizations including working with leaders at Coca-Cola, Danone, FMC, IFF, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, Pfizer, Diageo, Novo-Nordisk, Williams & Sonoma, and many others.   She works with clients globally and brings a deep understanding and care of cultural dynamics to her clients. She is a certified Ontological coach through the Newfield Network and is an advanced somatic coach certified through The Body and Movement Program. Highly collaborative and passionate about human development, Becky connects with her heart and sense of purpose that we all want to create more happiness, possibility and prosperity for ourselves, for others and for our organizations.
