Description

The Tibetan Singing bowl has a carving on the outside so it is called a “Mantra” bowl.  The carving translated is “Om Mani Padme Hum”, meaning the “jewel in the lotus” and is the Mantra for compassion.  They are from Nepal, brought back two weeks before the earthquake.  The bowl is toned to the sacral (second) chakra.  Chakras are believed to be energy centers in the body in Eastern cultures.
