For week of September 9, 2016 – date is not flexible

One (1) week stay in a 2 bedroom timeshare/condo in Winterpark, Colorado.  This auction is for accommodations only.  All exchange, membership, maintenance, and housekeeping fees are paid by the owner.   The Unit in Timber Run is a two bedroom (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sofa) with a full kitchen (including full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), gas fireplace, Cable TV, and a private balcony with picturesque views of the Continental Divide.  Unit does not allow Pets.
