Feby’s Fishery, located on New Road in Elsmere, Delaware, opened to the public in June of 1974 by founders Philip & MarySue DiFebo.   What began as a small locally sourced fishery, would grow to become a full-scale seafood restaurant and fish market.  

In the beginning, early morning drives to Cape May to greet the fishing boats, and secure the freshest product was Phillip’s passion.  Now 40 years later Feby’s has built a strong reputation as a provider of quality seafood, with sourcing as close as the Eastern Shore of Maryland to the far waters of New Zealand. 

Feby’s has experienced great success and growth over its 40 years of service thanks to their loyal patrons.  In 1984, Feby’s expanded their commitment to delivering the freshest seafood products and opened both a market and restaurant at their present location on Lancaster Pike in Wilmington, Delaware. They continued to serve family recipes in a setting that was inviting, friendly and warm. The decor of the full service dinning room, adjoining bar and banquet facility pays homage to family traditions. From fishing expeditions, to outboard racing memorabilia and racing titles, it is hard to miss the nostalgia, and not feel the continued passion that is Feby’s.
