 Rose Lee joined DuPont in January, 2015 as the Global Business Director, Kevlar® and Aramid Intermediates.  On October 1, she was named Business President of Protection Technologies.   Rose brings a rich and valuable background and a creative approach to DuPont.   She previously worked at Saint-Gobain, Pratt & Whitney and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.   Rose lives the work-life balance every day and understands the challenges and rewards it can bring.

Rose earned her BS in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rose served as a member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Inc. and is a member of the Forum Of Executive Women in Philadelphia.
