Cake balls are a mixture of cake crumbs and icing rolled into balls and dipped in chocolate, resulting in a bite-sized, truffle-like treat.  Winner can choose a specific cake flavor (red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, lemon, carrot, etc.) and can choose between milk, dark, and white chocolate coating.
