This & That Interior Redesign Services by Stephanie Mark [Buker 4th & 2nd graders] is dedicated to the philosophy of "Use What You Have." I work with most of your own furnishings while keeping new purchases to a minimum.

Design Consultation:  2 hours

You have your choice of 2 design package options or a combination of both:  

Option #1 ~ Redesign an existing space using my 4 step process [see below].

Option#2 ~ I can create a design for a room of your choice and provide:

• A collage/design board


• Suggest paint colors


• Fabric suggestions


• Furniture, art, accessories, etc.  


• All listed in an organized spreasdheet listing each item by product, manufacturer, style, price, and a link directly to the site.  


• It's a great way to get a room started with inspiration!

Option #1:

Step 1: I will discuss your design style and how you want to live in your space, what you like and dislike about your space and what you want to achieve for your space.

Step 2: I will empty the room except the largest items so we can start with a clean slate. We need to determine the focal point of the space while keeping in mind your personal style and desires for the use and function of the space.

Step 3: With your permission I will “shop” your home for items that will enhance the transformation. With your existing furniture, lighting, art and accessories we will create balance to transform your room into a functional and beautiful space.

Step 4: After the redesign project is complete, I’ll provide you with a list of suggestions for anything you may need to complete your new look. You can purchase the items yourself or use our shopping service to do it for you.
